**** RAJ MOHAN SINGH, J.(Oral) The present writ petition has been preferred for the issuance of an appropriate writ in the nature of mandamus, directing respondent No.2 to decide the complaint dated 15.07.2021 filed by the petitioner against respondent No.3. Learned State counsel on instructions from Mr. Chander Mohan, Assistant in the office of respondent No.2 submits that the enquiry of the aforesaid complaint has been concluded by the Additional Director, Department of Social Justice and Empowerment on 10.03.2022. Even in separate PRINCE SAINI 2022.08.04 14:31 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment

CWP No.7063 of 2022(O&M) complaint filed by the petitioner on CM window, some action has been taken, thereby placing respondent No.3 under suspension on 27.04.2022. The driver of respondent No.3 has been removed from service being a contractual employee. In view of aforesaid development, no order is required to be passed in this writ petition.
