This is an application for withdrawal of the main appeal. 2.

In the main appeal the respondents have not put in appearance till date and hence no notice would be necessary as the present application is for simpliciter withdrawal of the main appeal. 3.

For the reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed. With the consent of learned counsel for the applicant-appellant, the main case (FAO-1797-2023) is taken on Board today itself. MAIN CASE 4.
