This is third petition filed under Section 439 read with Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure on behalf of petitioner (Rani Kaur) for grant of regular bail in case bearing FIR No.77 dated 06.07.2022 (Annexure P-1) under Sections 21, 22 and 29 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985, registered at Police Station Barnala, District Barnala.

Learned counsel for the petitioner, after arguing for some time, submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the instant petition at this stage.

Keeping in view the aforesaid submission made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn at this stage.
