Present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been preferred by the petitioner seeking directions to respondents No. 2 for sending special escort with the petitioner while attending the court proceedings in various cases pending against him as he apprehends threats from gangsters. Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that petitioner has made a representation dated 28.4.2017 (Annexure P1) to respondent No.2Superintendent, Central Jail, Amritsar, but the same remained unattended till now.
