(ORAL) Through this petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for issuance of direction to the respondents to complete investigation in FIR No.80 dated 28.03.2014 registered under Section 380 IPC at Police Station City Tarn Taran, District Tarn Taran. Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the purpose would be achieved if respondent No.3 - Superintendent of Police, Tarn Taran, is directed to look into representation (Annexure P-2) moved by the petitioner.

Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner and after perusing the paper-book, but without commenting on merits of the case, instant petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.3 - Superintendent of Police, Tarn Taran, to look into representation of the petitioner (Annexure P-2) .
