Mr. Ankur Jain, Assistant Advocate General, Punjab. ***** Lisa Gill, J.(Oral) Learned counsel for the State, on instructions from ASI Jaswant Singh, Police Station Chherreta, District Amritsar, submits that there are two other cases registered against the petitioner under the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 i.e. FIR No. 136 dated 11.10.2013 and FIR No. 101 dated 27.5.2014, Police Station Lopoke and the averment made in the petition that the petitioner is not involved in any other case under the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985, is incorrect.
