The prayer made by the petitioners, who are the Senior Laboratory Attendants, is for grant of pay scale of 950- 1800 with starting pay of 1,000/- w.e.f. 01.01.1986.

It is noticed that vide order dated 21.01.1997, this Writ Petition was ordered to be listed with CWP-9901-1996 titled as Daljit Singh and Others Vs. State of Punjab and Others. and the same said Writ Petition has already been dismissed by this Court vide order dated 30.10.2012. 3.

In view of the aforesaid, the claim set up by the petitioner is also dismissed accordingly in terms of order dated 30.10.2012 passed in CWP-9901-1996.
