The petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in FIR No.111 dated 07.04.2017 under Section 420 IPC and Section 3 of the Haryana Protection of Interest of Depositors in Financial Establishment Act, 2013 registered at Police Station Pinjore, District Panchkula.

Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the allegations against the petitioner are that the petitioner along with 11 others was a member of chit fund/committee wherein the complainant had deposited his money. He further states that the matter has been compromised with the complainant and his money has been returned.

Learned State counsel on instructions from SI Sukhbir Singh states that two more complaints against the petitioner have been received. On a query by this Court regarding the dates on which complaints have been made, learned State counsel upon instructions from SI Sukhbir Singh states that these complaints are undated and find mention in the statements of Sonia Bura 2017.09.06 17:19 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document chandigarh

CRM-M-18536-2017 -2Sanjay and Krishan Chand recorded under Section 161 Cr. PC. This Court vide order dated 27.07.2017 had directed the petitioner to appear before the Investigating Officer and to join the investigation and in the event of arrest, she would be released on interim bail subject to the satisfaction of the Investigating/Arresting Officer. Learned State counsel, on instructions from SI Sukhbir Singh, states that the petitioner has joined the investigation and is not required for custodial interrogation.

In view of the submissions of learned counsel for the State that the petitioner has joined investigation, the order dated 27.07.2017 granting ad interim bail to the petitioner is made absolute. However, the petitioner shall abide by the conditions stipulated under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. She shall also join investigation as and when called upon to do so.

The petition stands disposed of.
