NIRMALJIT KAUR, J. (ORAL) The writ petition was filed praying that the respondents should be restrained from discharging any sullage or rain water into the Jargari drain in which interim order dated 04.08.2000 was passed. However, when nothing happened, the petitioners filed the contempt petition bearing COCP No.2190-2014, in which various orders were passed including the order dated 06.03.2019 directing the respondents to have a meeting prior to the next date and come forward with a solution and a specific date by which the work shall stand completed qua the said sullage and construction of a drain. The said contempt petition has been dismissed by way of a separate order of even date by taking note of the fact that the work order has been allotted and `1644.26 lakhs has been sanctioned for the entire work including construction of the sewerage plant as well as construction of the drain and the same shall be completed within the stipulated period, as mentioned in the work order, (copy of which has been taken on record in the contempt petition).
