SURINDER GUPTA, J.(Oral) This petition is for seeking protection of life and liberty of petitioners, who alleged to have married against the wishes of respondents No. 4 to 7.

Petitioner no. 1-Sunita, who is present in Court submits that she has married petitioner no. 2-Dhiraj Goyal. Today her parents have come to the Court and she wants to accompany them and at the same time she seeks an assurance from her parents that they will not in any manner trouble or harm petitioner no. 2.

Mr. S.K. Gupta, Advocate, appearing for respondent no. 4 submits that he has instructions to make statement that respondent no. 4 or any of his family member will not harass or lodge any complaint against petitioner no. 2-Dhiraj Goyal. They are taking petitioner no. 1-Sunita with them as per her consent and in future also will abide by her wish and will allow her to go to her husband, if she so likes. In view of above, learned counsel for petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the instant petition.

Dismissed as withdrawn.
