(Oral) Prayer in the present petition filed under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners in case FIR No.121 dated 19.11.2018 under Sections 420, 406, 498-A IPC registered at Police Station Women, Patiala, District Patiala. Learned counsel for the petitioners states that pursuant to order dated 19.09.2019 of this Court, the petitioners have joined investigation. Even otherwise, the matter has been compromised between ASHWANI KUMAR 2019.11.22 18:27 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

Criminal Misc. No. M-10620 of 2019 -2the parties. He has produced a photocopy of the compromise/settlement before the Court, which is taken on record.

Learned counsel for the complainant does not dispute the factum of compromise between the parties.

Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Gurnam Singh, does not dispute the aforesaid facts and submits that the custody of the petitioners is no more required.

I have heard learned counsel for the parties. Considering the fact that the petitioners have joined investigation and the matter has been compromised between the parties, the present petition is allowed and the interim order dated 19.09.2019 is made absolute.

However, the petitioners shall join the investigation as and when directed by the investigating agency and shall abide by the terms and conditions laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. November 22, 2019 ( HARI PAL VERMA ) AK JUDGE Whether speaking / reasoned?
