Rajan Gupta, J (Oral) This is a petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C seeking pre-arrest bail in a case registered against the petitioners under Sections 498-A, 406, 420, 120-B IPC at Police Station, NRI Cell, Sangrur vide F.I.R No. 3 dated 8.5.2015.

Learned State counsel submits that pursuant to order dated 29.5.2015, petitioners have joined the investigation and are no longer required for custodial interrogation.

In view of the statement made by learned State counsel, the interim order dated 29.5.2015 is hereby made absolute, subject to the conditions envisaged under Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C. Petition stands allowed in aforesaid terms.
