***** ARUN MONGA, J.(ORAL) Present petition has been filed interalia for issuance of writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to step up the pray of the petitioners at par with their junior i.e. respondent No.3, w.e.f. 11.07.2012. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioners contends that the case of the petitioners is squarely covered by a judgment of this Court rendered in CWP No.28541 of 2017. He further contends that it is no more res-integra that when the pay of the juniors have been fixed at a higher stage then the seniors are entitled to refixation of their pay at the same level with effect from the date when the higher pay has been given to their juniors. CWP-6268-2019 -2grievance, the petitioners also caused issuance of a legal notice dated 29.09.2018 (Annexure P-10) but the same has not been adverted by the respondents till date. 3.

In view of the nature of order being passed, I do not deem it necessary to issue any notice as no further pleadings/proceedings are required in the case. The respondents are directed to pass a speaking order keeping in view the contentions of learned counsel for the petitioner as noted above as also the averments stated in the legal notice within a period of three months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.

Disposed of accordingly.
