This is a petition filed under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure seeking pre-arrest bail in a case registered against the petitioners vide FIR No. 04 dated 10.01.2015 under sections 307, 452, 427, 148, 149 IPC and section 25, 54, 59 of the Arms Act at Police Station Fatehgarh Churian, district Gurdaspur. Learned counsel for the State (on instructions from ASI Balwinder Singh, who is present in court) submits that pursuant to order dated July 20, 2015, petitioners have joined investigation and are no longer required for custodial interrogation. In view of the above, order dated July 20, 2015 is made absolute subject to the conditions envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
