This petition has been filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. praying for grant of anticipatory bail in case FIR No.389 dated 29.9.2015 (Annexure-P.1) registered for the offences under Sections 420, 467, 468 and 471 IPC at Police Station Sector 17, Chandigarh. Notice of motion has been issued to Standing Counsel, U.T., Chandigarh.

Mr. Rajiv Sharma, learned Additional P.P., U.T., Chandigarh has put in appearance on behalf of the U.T., Chandigarh.
