(ORAL) The petitioner through the instant petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is seeking directions to official respondents to take appropriate legal action on representation dated 9.2.2023 of the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner inter alia contends that petitioner belongs to scheduled caste category. The respondent on the pretext of marriage has committed rape upon her. She had filed representation dated 9.2.2023, however, police is not looking into her representation.

CRM-M-12549 of 2023 -2authorities would certainly look into representation of the petitioner and do the needful. The representation is dated 09.02.2023 and authorities are examining veracity of the representation. In view of statement of learned State counsel, this Court is sanguine of the fact that authorities keeping in mind nature of allegations would expedite the matter and do the needful in accordance with law.
