RAJAN GUPTA J. (ORAL) Petitioner seeks a direction to the respondents to allot him a plot in lieu of originally allotted plot No. 2390, Sector 57, Gurgaon vide memo no. 98 dated 17.01.2005. According to him, he has made necessary payment and completed the formalities.

Petition is disposed off with a direction that in case petitioner makes a representation regarding his grievance before respondent no. 3 within two weeks from today, same shall be looked into and a speaking order shall be passed within two weeks thereafter.
