SANDEEP MOUDGIL, J (ORAL) The jurisdiction of this Court has been invoked under Section 483 BNSS read with 528 of BNSS for grant of regular bail in case FIR No.148 dated 15.03.2024 under Sections 201,307,34 IPC and Sections 25(1-B)(a) of Arms Act, 1959 registered at P.S Shivaji Colony, Rohtak. After arguing at some length, learned counsel seeks indulgence to withdraw the present petition.
