(Oral) As the respondent No.5 is residing separately from the petitioner on her own volition as is apparent from the reply dated 21.03.2024 filed by the Deputy Superintendent of Police, Sub Division, Fatehgarh Churian, Police District Batala, no further orders are required to be passed by this Court.

Accordingly, the present petition stands disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to avail his remedy in accordance with law with regard to the custody of Manpreet Singh.
