* * * * DAG Haryana appearing along with Mr. Jasbir Singh, Clerk, O/o the Haryana Roadways, Karnal states that the workman has not only been taken back in service, but his services have also been regularized. Nothing more is due to the workman and thus, submits that this writ petition has been rendered infructuous and be disposed of.

Counsel for the workman states that it is correct that the workman has been reinstated and has since been regularized. Counsel further states that the workman has no other claim whatsoever as per the award against the department and that the award stands fully implemented.

For the stand taken by the learned counsel for the parties, this writ petition has been rendered infructuous and is disposed of as such.
