On 27.08.2015 the following order was passed:- "Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner is trying to settle the matter and seeks a short adjournment.

Adjourned to 05.11.2015.

Interim order to continue."

Thereafter on 05.11.2015 the matter was again adjourned at the request of learned counsel for the petitioner. Today learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner is not in a position to make any payment. He has, however, argued that the petitioner has been falsely implicated.
