Learned counsel for the State submits that the present petition seeking quashing of FIR No.18 dated 12.02.2016 under Sections 498A/406 IPC is rendered infructuous as the cancellation report presented in this case has been accepted by the learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Budhlada on 26.07.2017. Photocopy of the aforesaid order dated 26.07.2017, furnished in Court today, is taken on record subject to just exceptions. Petition is disposed of accordingly.
