(ORAL) Present petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. against the order dated 2nd of January, 2023 passed by JMIC, Sangrur whereby the petitioner was declared as proclaimed person in FIR No.148 dated 16th of May, 2017 for offence punishable under Sections 353 and 186 IPC, registered at Police Station City Sangrur, District Sangrur. 2.

This Court vide order dated 17th of August, 2023 stayed the operation of the impugned order and directed the petitioner to appear before the Trial Court on 20th of September, 2023.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner did appear in compliance of the order passed by this Court, on 20th of September, 2023. The Trial now stands concluded. Vide judgment dated 27th of September, 2023, the petitioner stands convicted and has been sentenced to undergo the period already undergone.

In view of above nothing remains at the hands of this Court to adjudicate as the order dated 2nd of January, 2023 which was impugned in the present petition has already lost its sting and relevance. 5.

In view of above, the present petition is disposed off as having been rendered infructuous.
