Learned counsel for the respondent has submitted that in pursuance of the order dated 08.09.2025 passed by a coordinate Bench of this Court, a detailed speaking order dated 06.03.2026 has been passed by the competent authority, the relevant portion of which is highlighted and is reproduced hereinbelow:

"In view of above said facts, provisions and documents submitted by the petitioner, the representation dated 27.01.2025 (Annexure-P8) has been considered and claim projected by her in the representation is hereby accepted qua for promotion to the post of Assistant Excise and Taxation Officer under PwBD category on notional basis w.e.f. 25.10.2023. The case is being put up before the Departmental Promotional Committee (DPC). This issues with the approval of competent authority. (RAJIV KUMAR) Under Secretary to Government Haryana, Excise and Taxation Department.
