The present petition has been filed under Section 528 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS), 2023 seeking quashing of FIR No.179 dated 03.11.2022 under Sections 425, 427, 323, 506 & 34 IPC, 1860 registered at Police Station Sadar Faridkot and all consequential proceedings arising therefrom on the basis of compromise.
