Petitioners rely upon judgment passed in CWP No. 7882 of 2004 titled as Rajwinder Kaur & ors. vs. State of Punjab etc. decided on April 11, 2005 in support of their plea that they be not replaced by another set of Guest Faculty Lecturer.

Petition is disposed of with the direction that in case petitioners make any representation in this regard within two weeks from today, same shall be considered by the appropriate authority as per law and pass order within one month thereafter.
