Learned cunsel for the petitioner submits that the question of law raised in the present petition has already been decided by this Court while passing order in CWP-18574-2011 titled Tarsem Singh and others vs. State of Punjab and others, on 29.07.2024 and the present petition be also disposed of in the same terms & conditions. 2.

Learned counsel for the respondents-State has not been able to dispute that the question with regard to grant of increments on the basis of higher qualification, has already been decided while passing order in Tarsem Singh and others' case (supra).
