(ORAL) At the outset, learned counsel for the respondent submits that the instant petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C., is not maintainable, in view of the fact that the orders impugned herein have already been challenged by the petitioner by way of revision before the Revisional Court. On pointing out the above fact by learned counsel for the respondent, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the instant petition, with liberty to the petitioner to pursue his revision before the Revisional Court. Ordered accordingly.
