Prayer made in the present petition is to grant of regular pay scale from the date of completion of probation instead of the date of completion of maternity leave.

Learned counsel submits that the department has taken a decision on 29.01.2025 regarding the employees working in the department of Cooperation to grant the benefit on the same line as claimed by the petitioner herein and thus is also entitled for the same. 3.

Learned State counsel, on instructions, states that the matter would be considered with regard to the petitioner as well keeping in view the aforesaid decision, which stands implemented qua others, within a period of 2 months, which satisfies the learned counsel for the petitioner. 4.

Disposed of accordingly.
