(ORAL) Petitioner, by way of instant petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeks quashing of FIR No. 350 dated 31.10.2007 registered under Sections 323/341/148/149 IPC at Police Station Phagwara City, Kapurthala, on the basis of compromise Annexure P-1. After arguing the case for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that since the petitioner is proclaimed offender, he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition with liberty to the petitioner to avail his other remedies, in accordance with law. Permission is granted.
