Dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. As the petitioner is juvenile, the order passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge, Yamuna Nagar at Jagadhari will not come in the way of Juvenile Justice Board for passing any order in accordance with the provisions of the Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Act.
