#  Report dated 16.02.2015 of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Fatehgarh Sahib has been received whereby after recording statements of complainant Haimanpreet Kaur and the accused persons namely Jagdeep Singh alias Jaggi and Manjit Kaur, the Court has shown its satisfaction that the compromise is an outcome of voluntariness, free will of the parties, without any undue influence, coercion or pressure.

   Heard.

In the light of the satisfaction shown by the Court, being a pure matrimonial dispute and the offences for which the accused have been hauled up are not of serious nature, together with the fact that compromise will go a long way in ironing out differences and for their conducive future bringing about peace and harmony, the prayer made in the petition is allowed, proceedings by way of FIR No.81 dated 29.06.2013 registered at Police Station Sirhind, District Fatehgarh Sahib under Sections 406, 4989A IPC and all consequences arising thereof are quashed.

The petition stands allowed in those terms.
