ARUN MONGA, J. (ORAL) Petition herein , inter alia, is for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing respondent No.4 to allow the petitioners to get admission in the respective classes (Class 12th and 7th) for the session 20212022 in the Government Senior Secondary School, Bhora Kalan, Block Pataudi, District Gurugram. Further prayer has been made to issue directions to respondent No.5 to provide the relevant documents i.e. transfer certificate and migration certificate.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners through their mother submitted a detailed representation dated 05.10.2020 to respondent No.2. Pursuant thereto, vide a letter dated 06.01.2021, respondent No.3-District Education Officer was instructed to investigate the entire matter and submit inquiry report, within a week on e-mail.He submits that petitioners have not received any communication till date in this regard. Hence, the instant petition.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that, at this stage, he would be satisfied if a final decision is taken, either way, on the pending representation dated 05.10.2020, wherein they have spelled out their grievance.

Notice of motion. Ms. Mamta Talwar, DAG, Haryana joins proceedings on advance service and accepts notice on behalf of the respondent-State of Haryana.

Given the nature of order being passed, there is no necessity to seek return by any of the respondents as no further proceedings and/or pleadings are required.

Without commenting on the merits of the case, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the competent authority to look into the representation dated05.10.2020 as well as the contentions in the present petition, by treating the same as supplementary representation, and decide the same, by passing appropriate order, in accordance with law. 7.

Let the needful be done within a period of 45 days from today. 8.

Disposed of accordingly.
