 JASJIT SINGH BEDI, J. (Oral) It appears that an enquiry was conducted on the basis of the complaint submitted by the petitioner and vide report dated 22.01.2024 it was found that the petitioner did not require protection. Be that as it may, if on any subsequent stage the petitioner faces threat to his life and liberty, he can approach to the concerned Station House Officer, who shall provide necessary security keeping in view the threat perception to the petitioner.

Disposed of.
