(ORAL) Prayer in this petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is for quashing of FIR No. 22 dated 26.02.2019 (Annexure P-1) registered under Sections 498-A, 323, 506, 354-A and 452 read with Section 34 IPC at Women Police Station, Manesar, District Gurugram and all the consequential proceedings arising therefrom on the basis of compromise deed dated 29.02.2020 (Annexure P-2) effected between the parties. At the outset, on instructions from L/ASI Jyoti, learned counsel for the State submits that all the accused persons in the aforesaid FIR (Annexure P-1) being the petitioners herein have been acquitted by RISHU KATARIA 2024.05.18 15:38 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment.

CRM-M-10397-2020 -2the learned trial Court vide judgment of acquittal dated 21.07.2023. In view of the above, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition. Permitted to do so.
