**** RITU BAHRI , J. (Oral) Petitioner is seeking quashing of impugned order dated 02.02.2018 (P-32) and 06.09.2018 (P-38) A bare perusal of impugned order dated 06.09.2018 (P-38) shows that petitioner is working at Government Girls Senior Secondary School Rewari for the last 09 years. She is working for the last 09 years as she got a stay from Civil Court and now after serving for 09 years, she again approached this Court to stay at Rewari again. The petitioner has rightly been transferred as per policy of the State Government. In the impugned order it has further been stated that the petitioner has been found guilty of uploading wrong facts of her service stay on MIS portal, which made her liable for disciplinary action under Clause 16 of Teachers Transfer Policy, 2016.

In view of the above factual position, the writ petition stands dismissed.
