ARUN MONGA, J. (ORAL) Petition herein , inter alia, is for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to allow the petitioner to join/resume her duties as Safai Sevika. Her services have allegedly been dispensed illegally by the respondents.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner submitted a representation dated 22.01.2021 (Annexure P-7) but the same has not been adverted by the respondents till date. Hence, the instant petition.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that, at this stage, he would be satisfied if a final decision is taken, either way, on the pending representation dated 22.01.2021 (Annexure P-7), wherein she spelled out her grievance.

Given the nature of order being passed, there is no necessity to seek return by any of the respondents as no further proceedings and/or pleadings are required.

Without commenting on the merits of the case, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the competent authority to look into the representation dated 22.01.2021 (Annexure P-7) as well as the contentions in the present petition, by treating the same as supplementary representation, and decide the same, by passing a speaking order, in accordance with law. 6.

Let the needful be done within a period of 60 days from today. 7.

Disposed of accordingly.
