(ORAL) Learned counsel for the petitioner after arguing at length prays for and is permitted to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to pursue the representation dated 12.03.2021 (Annexure P-9) before the respondentauthorities. Mr.
Pankaj Jain, learned senior standing counsel for respondents No. 3 and 4 submits that the representation filed by the petitioner shall be considered and decided by the respondent-authorities in accordance with law expeditiously.
Dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty. It is, however, made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case and, therefore, the authorities would be at liberty to examine the matter keeping all facts and facets into consideration and thereafter accept or reject the same in accordance with law. In view of the main petition having been dismissed as withdrawn, CM-5186-CWP-2021 seeking impleadment of the applicant - Jaibhav Dhawan as respondent No. 5 in the present petition is rendered infructuous and dismissed as such.
