Present petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for grant of pre-arrest bail to the petitioner(s) in case FIR No. 71 dated 6.5.2017, registered under Section(s) 25 of the Arms Act, 1959 at Police Station Odhan, District Sirsa.
Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that the petitioner has since joined the investigation and he is not required for further investigation in any way. Thus, he be released on pre-arrest bail. Learned counsel for the respondent-State, on instructions from Assistant Sub Inspector Jagdish Kumar, affirmed the fact that the petitioner has joined the investigation.
