(Oral) The present petition is against order dated 12.10.2015 passed by learned Sessions Judge, Ferozepur qua petitioner No. 1 and for restoring order dated 12.06.2015 passed by learned JMIC, Ferozepur A bare perusal of impugned order dated 12.10.2015 clearly shows that on the statement given by learned counsel for the respondent, revision petition was partly accepted and order dated 12.06.2015 was set aside to the extent that interim maintenance granted to Hargunpreet was maintained and the interim maintenance granted to Petitioner No. 1 was set aside. All this was done on the statement given by petitioner No. 1 herself. Learned counsel for the petitioners contends that no such instruction has been given by petitioner No. 1 to her counsel. In view of the above, no ground is made out to interfere in the impugned orders.

The petition is dismissed.

However, a liberty is granted to the petitioners to take action against their counsel i.e Mr. S.P.S Sidhu for giving wrong statement, if so advised, as per law.
