**** RITU BAHRI, J. (Oral) Present petition has been filed for seeking direction to respondent No.2, to decide the representation (Annexure P-1) in case FIR No.38 dated 21.04.2016, under Sections 365, 376-D and 452 IPC, registered at Police Station Mewat, District Mewat.
On notice, reply by way of affidavit has been filed by Prithvi Singh, HPS, Deputy Superintendent of Police, Nuh, on behalf of respondent Nos.1 to 4, taking therein the stand that after registration of the FIR, investigation was carried out and after presentation of challan, the charges have been framed. Suspect Tarik was not involved in the present case. There was land dispute between the families of the suspect and complainant and he (Tarik) has been wrongly and illegally involved in the present case due to Naresh Kumar 2017.02.06 10:17 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document Chandigarh rivalry on account of land dispute.
CRM-M-19578-2016 (O&M) -2Learned State counsel, on instructions from SI Rekha Rani, has informed that accused Nasir has been arrested and challan has been presented against him.
Learned State counsel submits that accused Nasir has since been acquitted on 07.12.2016 and the present petition has been rendered infructuous, which may be dismissed as such.
In view of above-said facts, the present petition is dismissed as having rendered infructuous.
