This order shall dispose of CWP Nos.8713 & 11694 of 2000 as the point in issue is common in both the cases. (2)
The petitioners question the validity of the notification dated 11.02.1992 containing Haryana Act No.9 of 1992 whereby the Punjab Village Common Lands (Regulation) Act, 1961 was amended.

Learned State counsel states and rightly so that the instant notification was the subject matter of challenge before a Full Bench of this Court in Jai Singh vs. State of Haryana and others, 2003(2) RCR(Civil) 578.
