Kishan Dass v. State Of Punjab And ORS.
IN THE HIGH COURT OF PUNJAB & HARYANA AT CHANDIGARH
CRM-M-18629-2015 Date of decision: 29.06.2015 Kishan Dass ..... Petitioner
Versus
State of Punjab and others ..... Respondents
CORAM:
HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE R.P. NAGRATH PRESENT: Mr. Amit Verma, Advocate for the petitioner. R.P. NAGRATH, J. (ORAL) Prayer in the instant petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is for issuance of a direction to respondent No. 5-Additional Commissioner of Police, Control Room, Women Cell Incharge, Jalandhar for restraining him to initiate third enquiry on the complaint made by respondent No. 6 against the petitioner and his family members. Earlier CRM-M-5433-2015 filed by the petitioner was disposed of by this Court as having been rendered infructuous vide order dated 23.03.2015 and liberty was granted to the petitioner to seek appropriate remedy for redressal of his grievance. The petitioner has not attached copy of fresh complaint statedly pending with the police authorities.
After hearing learned counsel for the petitioner at considerable length, I find that the indulgence of this Court is not required. However, the petitioner, if aggrieved, may file a comprehensive representation to the Senior Superintendent of Police, concerned and on filing such a representation, the same would be looked into and decided, in accordance with law.
The instant petition stands disposed of with the above observations.
