(ORAL) After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that inadvertently the representation, which allegedly has been made to the higher authorities for conducting the fair and proper investigation in FIR No.74 dated 10.03.2021 (Annexure P-1), could not be attached with this petition and therefore, petitioner be allowed to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file a fresh one on the same cause of action with better particulars.
