******* SURINDER GUPTA, J.(Oral) The present petition has been filed under Section 438 Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No. 92 dated 28.06.2016 registered for the offence punishable under Section 22 of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985, at Police Station Canal Colony Bathinda, District Bathinda. Heard.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has surrendered before the trial Court and has been released on interim bail in terms of order dated 10.05.2018 passed by this Court. Learned State counsel on instructions from HC Akshay Kumar endorses the submission of learned counsel for the petitioner.
