Petitioner seeks grant of anticipatory bail in case bearing FIR No.297 dated 30.11.2020 registered under Sections 420, 465, 467, 468, 471 IPC and Section 66(C) of the information Technology Act at Police Station Majitha, District Amritsar.

Notice of motion was issued on 31.03.2021 and arrest of the petitioner was stayed subject to deposit of an amount of Rs.1,85,000/- with the Illaqa Magistrate.

Admittedly, the said amount has been paid by the petitioner. The Court of Illaqa Magistrate shall create a fixed deposit for the aforesaid amount in a nationalized bank so as to fetch AMANDEEP GOSAIN 2021.09.14 17:31 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

CRM-M No.14339 of 2021(O&M) maximum interest. The successful party would get the amount after final conclusion of criminal proceedings.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in compliance of the aforesaid order 29.07.2021, the petitioner has joined the investigation to the entire satisfaction of the Investigating Officer.

Learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Kulwant Singh submits that the petitioner has joined the investigation on 03.08.2021 and his presence is no more required for further investigation in the case.

In view of above, the interim order dated 29.07.2021 is made absolute. Petitioner shall keep on joining the investigation as and when required to do so and he shall abide by the conditions as envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. Petition stands disposed of.
