The present writ petition has been filed praying for grant of benefit of first and second Assured Career Progression Scheme to the petitioners after completing 10 and 20 years of service as the same is not being granted to them and that too, without any valid justification. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the grievance as raised in the present petition has already been raised before the authorities concerned vide representation dated 01.11.2023, copy of which has been annexed as Annexure P-6 and the petitioners will be satisfied at this stage, in case, the said representation is decided by respondents in a time bound manner by passing an appropriate speaking order, especially in view of the fact that similar claim has been granted by this Court while passing order in CWP No.20087 of 2022 on 26.07.2023 titled as Munish Kumar @ Manish Kumar and others Vs. State of Haryana and others (Annexure P-3). 3.

Notice of motion.

Mr. Harish Nain, AAG, Haryana, who is present in Court, accepts notice for the respondents. Learned State counsel submits that in case RIYA 2024.03.14 13:21 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

CWP-5587-2024 (O&M) -22024:PHHC:034002 representation dated 01.11.2023 (Annexure P-6) is still pending consideration before the authority concerned, the said representation will be decided within a period of 8 weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order by passing an appropriate speaking order and after passing the said order, in case any benefit accrues to the petitioners, the same will be extended to them within a further period of four weeks.

Learned State counsel further submits that while passing the speaking order, law settled by this Court while passing order in Munish Kumar @ Manish Kumar (supra) will also be taken into consideration. 6.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that keeping in view the statement made by the Learned State counsel, the present petition may kindly be disposed of having been not pressed any further. 7.

Ordered accordingly.
