The petition has been filed, inter alia, seeking a writ of certiorari modifying/quashing the order dated 1.1.2019, Annexure P-4, whereby the petitioner's claim of medical reimbursement was partly allowed. Further, a writ of mandamus has been sought directing the respondents to make full payment of medical reimbursement of ₹73,824/- alongwith interest at the rate of twenty four per cent per annum. 2.

At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the petitioner will be satisfied in case the second respondent is directed to consider and decide his pending representation dated 20.7.2019, Annexure P-6, in a specified time.
