(ORAL) For non-compliance of order dated 08.05.2019 and also considering the fact that earlier cheques issued by the petitioners pursuant to compromise (R/32) with the complainant in the Mediation Centre, Dwarka Courts, New Delhi, were dishonoured and further that earlier similar petition bearing CRM-M-30715-2017 filed by the petitioners was dismissed, for not adhering the compromise, the instant petition is dismissed, with exemplary costs of `20,000/- to be deposited with Legal Aid Fund, inasmuch as, instant petition is a gross abuse of the process of law and repeatedly wasting the precious time of the Court.
