On asking of Court, Mr. Ravish Kaushik, Addl. A.G., Haryana has put in appearance on behalf of respondents. On his request, list on 12.03.2026.

In the meanwhile, the competent authority shall hear the petitioners and pass a reasoned order on the application, if not done so far."
